Direct Debit
Thank you for choosing to pay for your membership subscription by Direct Debit.
To proceed with this method of payment you will need to confirm that –
- You hold a UK bank account and that you are the named account holder
- You are the only person required to authorise payments to this account
If you answer ‘no’ to either or both of the above then you will be required to complete
a paper direct debit instruction for this. A copy of this can be downloaded here and posted back to us at the address below, please use
as your reference. Alternatively,
if you would like a Direct Debit instruction posted out to you please either phone
or email us using the contact details below to arrange this.
If you answer ‘ yes’ to both of the above then please proceed by confirming this
in the tick box below and by clicking the ‘next’ button to provide us with your
bank details.
Please note: The confirmation details of your Direct Debit Instruction will be sent to you within 3 working days or no later than 10 working days before the first collection. If there are any changes to the amount, date or frequency of your Direct Debit The Chartered Management Institute will notify you 10 working days in advance of your account being debited or as otherwise agreed.
